FAT CAT CITY provides a free confidential service matching home buyers so that they can realize their dream of home ownership in areas that are unaffordable. We currently service Vancouver, BC.

What's involved? To start, you provide us with a little bit of information about yourself like the type of house your interested in and the areas you would most like to live in, your ball park $ for purchasing, and the type of co-buyer you are looking for. You also tell us what you don't like.

Our system matches you with potential buyers. We then pass this information on to your Realtor or assign you a Realtor who has listed with us as a partner. Your Realtor will set up a meeting with the other co-buyer, and if there is agreement, will assist by putting a financial package together, and start the house hunting process.

It's a little bit like a dating service for home buyers/investors...(only minus the dating). Fat Cat City is free and may just be the only way you could afford to purchase a million dollar+ home.
